How to do:

  • Stand straight and mimic chewing action with your lips closed.
  • Breathe in and out. You can also hum while breathing. Now, open your mouth wide and press your tongue to your bottom teeth.
  • Hold this position for about 5 seconds. Repeat this 10 times.

How to do:

  • Take a deep breath, close your mouth and hold the air in your mouth or cheeks.
  • Hold it in one cheek for 10 seconds and then move it to the other cheek and hold it there for 10 seconds. Then exhale. Do this 10 times.

How to do:

  • You will feel the stretch in your jaw line and the chin muscles.
  • Hold this position for about 15 seconds and the return to the original position. Repeat this 10 times.
