1. Sleep In The Right Position:

Sleeping in the right position is as important as keeping the right position while working on the computer or watching TV. Sleeping in the right position can avoid the back pain.  The best position to sleep is on your side with the knees bent. Placing a pillow between the legs will prevent sliding of the top leg in the forward direction. The twist of the top leg may cause strain to the back.

2. Chamomile Tea:

Stress stiffens the muscles of the back, thereby, causing pain. Chamomile is, said to be, a great stress-buster which soothes tense muscles.

How: Take 1 cup of boiling water and add 1 tablespoon chamomile flowers to it. Steep it for 12-15 minutes. You can also prepare tea with prepackaged chamomile tea. Sip at least 1-3 cups daily.

3. Garlic Oil:

Garlic with presence of its anti-inflammatory characteristics can be used to let go back pain. Squash few garlic cloves and take out the juice/oil and tenderly apply on the back and sleep on the back covering with a temperate coverlet. Back pain is relieved totally when awaken from sleep
