Almost everyone has had a canker sore at some point. They’re the pesky little sores that appear in the soft tissue of the mouth and at the base of the gums, making eating and talking uncomfortable. While most canker sores go away after week or so, you can still put up a fight for faster healing and relief:

Purchase tea tree oil from your nearest medical store, as this is easily available. Just apply it to your agonized area which will help you to get rid of canker sores. Tea tree oil will immediately soothe the pain and aid to kill any bacteria around the care sore.
Yogurt is natural cooling agent and it helps to balance the bacteria in the mouth that causes canker sore. It is made by bacterial fermentation that is, using yeast or bacteria to convert carbohydrates into organic acids. Include plain yogurt with live cultures in your diet as much as possible.
3. Salt Water:
Salts help to draw out toxins, microscopic dirt, and pollutants that get into our skin’s pores over time. As it cleanses the skin.
How: Mix a tablespoon of salt with warm water and rinse to the affected area. it helps to reduce cankers sores.
