8. Baking soda:
This acts as an exfoliating treatment and prevents buildup of fungi. First apply some olive oil to the scalp and then prepare a mixture of baking soda and water and apply this paste onto the scalp. Wash it off after 10 minutes; repeat this treatment once a week for best results.
9. Brush Your Hair:
Brush your hair right after a shampoo to help control dandruff problems. Brushing hair often is believed to improve blood circulation in the scalp thereby promoting healthy hair. Brushing also helps in distributing the oil in the scalp more evenly and reduces scalp dryness.
10. Use Hair conditioner:
The medicated anti-dandruff shampoo is likely to stiffen your hair and make it less manageable. Some of them also dry your scalp that tends to add flaking. Apply a good hair conditioner after washing your hair with anti-dandruff shampoo to overcome this problem and to nourish your hair with moisture.
