9 Home Remedies to Stop Excessive Underarm Sweating

1. Corn Starch:

Corn-starch is the most efficient home remedy to suspend excessive sweating. Apply it on the underarms on a regular basis. The moisture absorbing capabilities of cornstarch makes it a natural deodorant and reduces the excessive sweating from underarms.

2. Sage Tea:

Sage tea is a well-known home solution to get away of sweating. Consume two cups of sage tea every day for a week. It gives you fast outcome and relieves you from excessive sweating. The left over tea bags can be kept in the armpits to have stronger effects.

3. Tea Tree Oil:

This great herbal remedy has anti-fungal and astringent properties. It goes a long way in relieving excess sweating. Rub a cotton ball in tea tree oil. Rub this around the area where you sweat excessively most. This could be on the elbows, face, groin, armpits, neck, hands and feet. In case you suffer sensitive skin, do not use plain tea tree oil. 5. Apple Cider Vinegar:

Apple cider vinegar is considered as a wonder remedy. It is one of the best replacements for deodorant. The anti-bacterial properties fight off against the bacterial growth. Pour some apple cider vinegar in a bowl. Dip a cotton ball in it and wipe your underarms. This will reduce the pH of the skin, thereby eradicate the armpit odor. Alternatively, make a spray by filling water and apple cider vinegar equally in a spray bottle. Or else, rinse your underarms with ACV while bathing.

6. Tomato Juice:

Drinking a glass of tomato juice daily can help you in reducing the underarm sweating. Alternatively, you can also add tomato juice with cucumber juice and rub the mixture in the armpit to stop the bad odour coming out from excessive sweating of the underarms. Repeat this remedy until you find the difference.

7. Wheat Grass Juice:

Drinking a glass of wheat grass juice daily for at least 8 to 10 days will reduce the excessive underarm sweating in adults. Alternatively, you can also apply this juice directly under your arms to remove the bad odor due to excessive sweating

Potatoes that are generally as food items can be used to deal with excess of underarm sweating. Slice down one potato and apply it gently on the underarm area for some time.
