How:

Stimulate the digestive system by adding a drop to water a few times a day, or massaging over the abdomen. It has been shown to decrease the appetite and help you lose weight. Use it aromatically throughout the day, especially during times of stress, and add several drops to each glass of water.

Take a few drops of grapefruit oil and Massage the area where fat accumulates for about 30 minutes. Do not wash the oil off.
